I can give 200 with the dvd player lol. My dad wanted a DVD player and I am pretty sure I can sell off the TV to one of my friends to 200 (i think he wanted one for around that price range) so free DVD player for my dad lol.

you probably shouldn’t tell him your low balling him to be really cheap and get a free dvd player. i’d reject your offer based on that alone.
I am being honest. Im not low balling him. I am telling him his TV is worth 200. Which is what I will probably go back around and sell for to a friend.
If he wants a number directly to my friend who will buy it for 200$ ill give him the number and he can sell directly to him and give me the DVD player
