i saw a think about a similar car on speed channel & read about one in a mag…i don’t think you have to do a swap…you can just take a Forester XT (whatever model is the turbo model) & upgrade it…they probably just put STi stuff on it.
the one i saw was the regular turbo forester engine with upgrade & it was pushing over 400hp.
even in stock from its a nice ride…quick sleeper

The forester comes with the actual motor that is in the Sti’s, however it has a smaller turbo and injectors which detune it from the factory.
