found a pitbull, need help!

So basically found this really friendly pit, no collar. Nobody is open til 8 and I still need to sleep. Anyone have somebody in mind I can contact at this time. We are located in the
Blackrock area of buffalo. Buffalo cops are assholes by the way. :frowning:

pitbull in blackrock? you will probably do it a favor by not returning it to the owner.

Does it have a tattoo on the inside of it’s ear? If it does, it has a chip implanted between it’s shoulders and you can go to any clinic to scan it, to find the owners yourself. Or just drop it off at the SPCA tomorrow morning.

I did not check inside it’s ears. Animal control finally showed up around 8:20am and took him away. He got right up in the van no problem. He had some scars on him and his front paws were a little cut up. The guy said he could have just been a backyard dog. Hopefully he goes to a good home, he deserves it! Nicest dog I have seen in a long time. Minus him jumping on the side of my car! I can’t be mad tho, he maybe put a couple tiny scratches in the paint. I’ll know when I detail it tomorrow.

no collar + animal control + pitbull = he’ll be dead within 3 days probably.

Sad but true

My friend rescued two pit bulls from their neighbor. He kept one and found the other one a new home. Shockingly it looks just like the one he got a new home.

Make sure your homeowners policy covers pitbulls. They can cancel you or deny claim if they find out

If I had my own place I would have happily taken this guy in. We have a boxer at home and she doesn’t get along with other dogs very well. Just last night her and my sisters boxer got into another fight. :frowning: I think the pit would crush my dog and I know my dog would start something with him. So that was out of the question.
