yea well i dont know how much you will see this car at the track next year he just gave it to my mom to drive cause he bought a 69 camero that he is going to race. although he said he will go to Uncle Joes and Duffs with it just to tool around.
Cant wait huh? lol U gunna be racin in osca this year? My dad is takin the year off plus they odnt have the 7.90 class nomore but u will see his street car there though. Hope to see the car this year.
6.8, did you fit that wheel/tire combo with stock wheel wells
Looks like some big-ass fender flares to me.
P.S. -sidenote K.A.T.-can you please try to spell CamAro right, there’s no E.
hmmm, maco corvette with a blown 454BB??? I think I knew your dad when i used to work at pepboys back when i used to build my IROC. When i told your dad that i gave up on my camaro and started building hondas and that my NA honda would go 7’s he laughed and then wouldnt talk to me anymore. Kinda rude but also what i expected to here since 9 outta 10 people that came into pepboys had the same mentality.
Oh well, lookin good. I always liked that corvette.
no fender flares its a concept car it came like that its one 300 hundred car and we did a very little fab for the wheels
does the side say mako shark ? and if it does is this the only mako shark in the area?
if it does / is, i think ive heard about it before
supposedly its belonged to some guys friends fathers uncle and was one of 300 mako shark’s that ever made it out of the factory, and the owner was having trouble finding brake calipers with the proper bare code
(yes i know the real mako shark history, so dont flame me)
??? to what history are you talking about this is not a 60’s mako shark like maybe the one you are thinking of so in reality you dont know the story behind it … it is a 1970 the mako 2 and it is the last of the mako sharks. so maybe you need to get your facts strait.
i know for a fact that there was only about 300 made in 1970 becasue they where all made by Baldwin motion
Wheels up! not a bad lookin older vett… wait a second did i just see that john donovan owned and built an iroc fbod???lol
