Access : Will only be when I can let you in, you will not have a key. But I am almost always available to let you in. Think of it more as storage than a place to come work on you car.
Working on You car : Will also be ONLY when I can be there with you, which will be most of the time, because when I am not working, I am usually up there working on my cars. But again don’t think of this as a place to come work on your car, more as storage.
