Freezer dripping into top of fridge, any ideas

I have about a 5 year old fridge in my tenants unit.

The fridge is dripping water from a drain hole near the light bulb in the top of the fridge whenever the unit runs. It is not dripping a lot of water, so we put a little tupperware bucket under it.

Any ideas where to start with this one. The coils on the back of the unit are clean.

theres some sort of tube that drains the water from the freezer down to the evap pan. If its clogged it will drain into the fridge.
