FS: 1988 honda civic DX

(FS:)i have a 1988 honda civic dx for sale it has about 205,000 miles on it and very little rust, its a very strong runner and has lots of life left she gets about 40 miles to the gallon and is very reliable, its a 2dr auto, it has brand new all season tires in the rear, and 2 used tires in the front, this car could use a new rack and pinion, but it will still pass inspection with out a problem, its still good until October of 08, i turly love this car and don’t want to see it go, but im in the process of buying another car, and i need the money, if you want to kno more about it just post a reply im looking for about $550 for it. also this car was from flordia and has little to no rust on the bottom of it, *** i just put another brand new tire on the car today 6/11/08 and it cost me about $40 so im pretty firm on the price now of $500

Hows the Brakes?

um i rear ended a 1994 for ranger doing about 45mph i got distracted by a hot girl walking down the road, but the old lady i hit didn’t have insurance on her truck so no cops or medical shit or any type of report was reported, the breaks are new and it has a brand new master cylinder, um it does burn oil when you floor it but that is expected from an 88 with that many miles, no it does not use cooleant, it also has a new radiator, thermostat, altanator, head gasket, air filter and the oil was changed every 3,000 miles, i know i forgot a-lot of shit to say but i couldn’t think of everything so soon…

tempting. if it’d make it to October when the inspection expired I’d be set. that might be a stretch though.

it will pass without a problem, they said the rack just needs an alignment and i haven’t bothered to get one so, its really reliable

damn if you had only posted this befoooorre the CRASH-A-RAMA!! i def would have run this thing around the track

no on the hondas it wraps up around the control arm and then bends down so we cut it where it bends and i couldn’t help it to stick out that far if it was my choice i would of got a cat back exhaust… or pointed it out where the orginial exhaust came out but sideways oh well im selling this car and getting a new car…

someone turbo this, it’ll be at least 250 hp :slight_smile: glws!
