in Japan they have automatic tops.
press a button, and the tops folds and goes into the trunk.

There actually is an auto top for the jdm del sols, the trunk lid motors straight upward and the the top slides under the trunk lid, then it lowers back down.
It is truely a crazy and bazare thing to see.
