The VZR Pulsar is a beast in its own right but this ultra rare VZR N1 is down right insane! Being big Nissan fans, we are pleased to have one of these to offer. Only 200 S1 N1’s were produced in order to meet homogulation requirements for Nissan to compete with this vehicle. The motor is a built and tuned SR16VE by Autech Japan, putting out 200 naturally aspirated hp! For many years, this car held the title of highest hp per liter for a FWD NA production car.

Nissan made this car for one purpose…to beat up on other FWD cars, specifically the Civic Type R.

This unit is mostly stock other than a pair of aftermarket wheels in the front. It is the perfect family hatchback that gets great gas mileage (1.6L) and is still capable of beating just about anything at the track in the FWD class.

Got this engine in my b14.
Hauls for a 16. Does yours have the hydraulic 24 spline ‘big box’?

Ok well even with the N1 engines there were two 5 spd LSD trannys you got. In the later N15s you got a beefy 24 spline axle. Drive the car and you’ll notice the gear ratio. It’s like a mini shifter kart.
5th and ~6k rpm with little drop off between shifts. Awesome car but it gets out of breath at around 120, so ended up going with the 20VE bottom end and using a Greddy MSS to adjsut the shift points for the intake and exhaust. Dan @ u2n dynoed mine and we got 176 at the wheels with an Emanage.

You guys need to bring more FWD Sr20 cars man. There are so many fun options, like a W11.W10 avenir sr20DET , 4 doors and fun.

That sounds pretty cool! I dont think this one with have the 24 spline axle since it is an early model of the N1`s.
