FS: 1997 Saturn SC1 Red w/dohc(20k). 5spd. Totaled (not terrible) parts?

Will sell outright or part out. It has a transplanted DOHC engine. The engine was rebuilt when i bought it and has probably 20k on the rebuild. The 5 spd is an mp2 transmission i bought from a member of this board and has a welded diff pin. All 4 tires are bran new with about 99% tread but one is probably toast from the accident.

Reasonable offers please.

Yeah ran and felt fine. I pulled then engine/tranny a week or so ago to sell separately.
