Have you checked the upper strut mounts/bearing plates? Thats what this sounds like to me…

I haven’t checked them in terms of removing them and inspecting them but I have tried many of the tests (such as pushing down on the corner of the car and watching the strut bolt to see if it moves, etc.) and all of them seemed fine to me. The sound seems like it’s coming from the bottom left of the car…so who knows. Once I get the car back from my best friend (hood painted), I’ll probably take a closer look.
