Came out of a 5 speed car, so the cams are a decent upgrade for any of you autopathetics :P.
When I was having a lot of overheating issues, I had the head checked for warpage. Nothing was out of spec, but I wouldn’t recommend putting a used head on until it has been milled a bit anyway. The lifters were taken out and cleaned a while ago, but it’s been such a long time since I’ve paid attention to it, that I don’t remember when I did it.
Anyway, it is partly unassembled (cams are off), but I’m selling it as a complete head. Buy it. Love it.
