FS: 2 10" Infinity Reference 1020W Subs and Kenwood Amp

I have a Kenwood KAC-7201 800watt 2/1ch Amp mounted to a sealed box
containing 2 10" Infinity Kappa Reference 1030W Subs. The information
for both the Subs and the Amp can be found below. I have had these subs
and amp for little over a month now, and boy do they pound.

Unfortunately due to financial issues I need to part with them. I have the
original box for the Amp. The Sub Box Enclosure is specifically designed
for these subs and will fit into a coupe or hatchback. I am looking for
$500cdn for the Amp, Subs and Box.

  • High-efficiency polypropylene woofer cones - This lightweight and
popular material is used to ensure maximum woofer efficiency. The
benefit is hgh output with modest amplifier power.

  • Large-roll rubber surrounds - This material provides optimum cone-edge
suspension and absorbs distortions that may travel up the cone edge,
    ensuring clean, tight bass.

  • Progressive spider - Each Reference subwoofer uses a progressive
spider, which provides better control at excursion limits than more
commonly used linear spiders. Your benefit to our using a progrssive
spider is reduces distortion at high output levels.

  • Vented polepieces - Provides additional cooling of the motor structure is
provided. The subwoofer’s thermal capablities are augmented, thus
    increasing power handling.

  • Proprietary deep-draw I-beam basket - This allows room for a longer
motor structure, which provides increased bass output. This basket is also
more rigid and has a lower basket resonance.

So is it a Kappa or a Reference?

They are last years models with the black center which were called the
Kappa Reference, but they have been split up to the Kappa Perfect series
and the Reference Series, These are the same as the Reference 1030w’s

You can come check them out tomorrow if you would like.

Wish i had the money, friend has a similar setup and it pounds.

Yeah it’s a sweet deal. SHIFT, I’m gonna have to get back to you on that one. I recently bought a 10" JL and I’m not too satisfied with it. I still gotta figure out whether or not I can blow the extra dough. I’ll let you know.
