FS: 2001 BMW 740iL. 150k miles, $6500. Low dollar big pimpin'

I’ve got a gorgeous 2001 BMW 740iL for sale. Extensive service records. All recent work performed by us.

Comes with the proven M62TU 4.4L V8 engine, putting out 282hp. This is a big car that can get out of its own way in a hurry, and do so in style.
It’s also had a lot of work done on the typical problem areas that these cars have. All major cooling system parts have been replaced, and the air oil separator and all related components replaced.
Factory navigation is also fitted, and works perfectly.
Yes, it even comes with the factory phone option, not that you could activate it or anything.

Just put a brand new set of tires on the factory mesh wheels in the pictures, and it comes with another set of 5-spoke 16" wheels with snow tires. Snows aren’t in the greatest condition.

Finished in grey with grey interior.
Exterior condition is good, with the exception of a few surface rust spots at the bottoms of the doors and trunk lid, which will be shown in the pictures below.
Interior is also in extremely good condition.

I drive by this sled everyday and wish i could get rid of the damn thunder bunny and pick this up…ha I figured if you were offering this up for sale it would be a solid car.

Nice looking whip, def. baller on a budget, new these cars were over $55k! GLWS

Boss! GLWS Jason!

Yeah, base price was $67k. Options would have put this particular car over 70

how much for a .iso image of the navigation CD, LOL. need this region for my X5.

Ballin!

I think SHOtime was possibly looking for one of these?

Is that an old startac?

that it is. Also big pimpin’ in its day

That startac is tits. i remember when my parents got the benz with that integrated. That was some high-tech shit. Voice dialing was an epic fail though lol.

That interior really held up well. The door cards look new.

Just a bump with a few updates.

Car now has brand new Denso AC compressor. The one on the car was a bit noisy, so replaced, oiled, evacuated for 45 minutes, and fully charged. No leaks.

LF tie rod end replaced due to some clunking around on bumps.

After watching The Transporter the other day, I started wanting one of these…wish they came in manual in this cuntry…

Great looking Car.

GLWS!

clean car for its age and its obviously well taken care of being sold by you guys. GLWS!

Tie rods easy to replace? Mine are clunking pretty badly on the E39.
