The auto thing REALLY kiils this deal man. I would strongly consider this as a new daily driver.

how hard/much would it be to swap drivetrains? I might be interested.

its an auto so you would need the pedal assembly etc but once thats done the driveline fits right in the gc chassis time consuming though. I am sure there is plenty of information about the swap on the NASIOC forum (north anmerican subaru impreza onwers club).
