My mom’s lease is ending on her 2005 Lexus IS300, auto, 17,000 miles in Absolutely Red. She barely drove it, I drove it for a winter while I was without a car. The miles are half of what is expected on the lease. Serviced every 3,000 miles at IRA Lexus, and Dorschel Lexus while I had it.
Car is gorgeous, and 99% mint. There is one scratch on the gas filler door from a careless driver in a parking lot. A couple small rock chips on the front fascia. 2005 was the last year for the classic IS300/Altezza body style. I’ve actually had Lexus salesmen approach me asking to trade her in, with how mint the car is.
Its great to drive, luxury with some sportiness. Would make a great daily driver.
