it is transferable, but only 4 months left. But i think you could buy a warranty thru subaru as long as the factory warranty has not expired.
Also, If desired, i will include THIS rear bumper in the sale at no extra cost, so you won’t have to worry about getting a new one… (it cost me $1100+$shipping+$paint)
