FS: 2006 STi. 31K miles. $23700

Up for sale is my previously modded, currently bone stock STi. It’s in really nice shape, I just went through the whole car and it’s solid.

I am the original owner, it’s in awesome shape, no rust, just detailed.

Paint is in good shape, there is a small scuff on the right rear bumper, see pics.

Has 6 Disc CD changer

Tires are good. Plenty of tread.

New York State inspected valid until November 2009 (JUST inspected)

Everything on the car functions as it should.

Car runs and drives great!

This is the damage to the bumper:

did you buy new gold bbs’s? those look mint and iirc your other juans were not

Only one is very bad and you can’t see it unless you’re standing next to the car. I have a line on a new one, though.

what about the ringland on piston 4?

was the cage bolt in? if so are there a bunch of holes in the floorpans?

I’m not sure if there was a ringland failure or not. There was a bunch of oil in the intercooler pipes, and since i put the factory turbo back on, it doesn’t smoke at all. I think it was a turbo issue, not blowby. the car runs and drives awesome. I have been daily driving it for 3 weeks to see if any of the old problems appeared and they have not.

there are a few bolt holes that i patched.

glws newman its a nice car, wish i had that roof vane

Sounds like you took care of everything then, to you

you can have my posts deleted if you want, dont want to derail your sale

Newmann, you could be asking $2,300 for it and it wouldn’t sell on this board. Let me give you the obligatory response here “If you still have it in the spring, I’ll take it.” Or, “I NEED to sell my car and buy this.” Put it on Autotrader, honestly.

if this was in june i could get my gf to buy it, but her lease on her fx has 8 months left… and she always liked your car

This myth about NYSpeed not having money is completely not true. I know of many cars that sold over 20k and many owners that can easily afford their 20k+ car.

Personally, I’m tired of seeing people make this stereotype. Granted there are a lot of trashy imbeciles who have shitty credit, live in a shithole and can’t afford to put gas in thier GMC Jimmy- but there are also plenty of successful, intelligent and accomplished memebers also.

Just because a heavily modded junker won’t get sold for its MRSP + aftermarket parts cost, does not mean the forum as a whole is poor and cannot afford it.

Anyone that thinks this is a bandwagon fggt that can’t think for themselves. ( Excluding Jay, whom I like, yet holds this opinion )

GLWSSS

+1, I sold my '05 STi here.

:word:

The only people that complain about that shit are the motherfuckers that aren’t at a point in their life when they can afford it. ( besides Jay of course. )

I would totally buy this if…

lol
