i think im missing something here… why is a decent looking house in lkpt going for 20k?
i dont think buffalo is even that low…
1000 sq feet is’nt big for 3 bedrooms. my apartment had 2200 sq feet.

Lockport isn’t a bad area, but the “city” has shifted South, and this is on the North side. This isn’t a big house.
I drive past this place weekly, and I’m surprised it hasn’t sold yet.
alright ill elaborate more, my gf’s grandmother died recently and her family got 50k for her house about the same size with no garage in kaisertown. I guess I dont see why lockport values are so much less than buffalo for comparables, I thought buffalo or maybe lakawanna prop. values were the lowest in the area?
