Still used everyday for work & toronto to guelph on weekends. No worries in terms of stranded on the road.
Bads:
> Rust on frame (was fixed 2 yrs back on driver side) & all the common spots
>A dent on the left hand side front fender (see on pic), bumper fin cracked
>Front ball joints need to be replaced soon
>Engine idles rough occasionally but has never stalled
>Driver seat head rest broken
>Clutch is on its way out
Goods:
> Brand new winter tires purchased two months back from Tires23 in Mississauga. See pics…they are easily 80%+ treads. Will make a good set of winter tires for next season.
> New Front Rotors changed in June along with used racing pads all around from Jacky from SON club
> Eagle aluminum rims purchased from SON member who painted them black
> Interior carpets are in very good condition
> After market “racing” mats in front, no cuts or damage looks like new when cleaned
> Passenger seat & rear seats are in mint shape
> All electrical items work - this includes rear wiper, rear wiper spray (sprayer needs some cleaning), front wiper motors, power windows, power mirrors, cruse control, cigratte lighter, rear defroster, gauge light dimmer, head lights, tail lights, all side markers except one
> Doors are in good shape
> Rear hatch is in good shape considering most 240’s this old. Has only surface rust at a few spots.
> After market gauges were installed when I got the car, only the battery charge indicator is connected
I am looking for $500 OBO for car + $200 (firm) for tires + rims that are on the car. If you don’t want these tires & rims I can put on teardrops with my old winter tires.
