95 or 96 is kind of HUGE as 96 is OBD2 and rappage by NYS for inspection time 95 is OBD1 and stickers fall off tree’s

95 dsm is actually obd2 diagnostics, but since its 95 it doesnt need to be plugged in to pass NYSI
