FS: 97 civic sedan

Car is sold, to me. I’m gonna prob register it today. And i bought it with the wheels as well.

Cool! Are the wheels freshly painted? What shape and condition are the tires?

stuffed a motor in it and its running already? damn ur quick

Lol no, maybe by the end of the year, it needs some work.

then why in the right mind would you register a non running car?!?!!?!?!

Want the title in my name, not three owners back, it hasnt been reggied for almost two years.

:facepalm… that makes no sense to waste money on registration and insurance

Yea i forgot about insurance, i gotta get everything swapped over i guess.

you can get the title w/o registering it…

Yea but why waste money to title transfer if ur just gonna register it eventually…

:ponder

this

You pay a 1 time fee of $50 for the title to be swapped from the previous owner to the current owners name… Once you recieve the title you dont have the pay that fee again, even if you decide to register it.

+1
you would only pay to register the car after getting the title… ~50-60 bucks…

ask anyone who re-registers one of their cars in the spring…or swaps plates back and forth between winter and summer cars…

Not to add to the nonsense but i’m not sure why this thread is still going, the car is sold and will be running soon, the odb1 d15 is already out.
