did you notice where the oil was coming from when it was on the lift? oil pan or VC gasket, something along those lines…

my gf need a cheap car asap. ill talk to her bout it tonight.

after 14 years mine started leaking wiped it and waited for it to dry, next nite used jb weld on it =) no mo leaks ma!

My auto SOHC neon got 36 only when it was all thruway. but I often averaged 29-32 combined, and that was before I knew how to drive for gas mileage, I could probably pull over 40 now.

does it run? i’d be willing to check it out if it would last a winter or so

it runs perfect…the only draw backs is that it has a glass pack exhaust, and it leaks a qt of oil every 3-4 weeks
