3" Intercooler(23.5x6x3, 3" inlet and outlet), I’m not sure about the brand of this one(XS Power?) but it has very efficient good quality - double fin core. It’s shorter and there’s no need to cut out the rebar to instal it. Another plus - it doesn’t cover all of the area in front of radiator.

As the rpm’s increase so does exhaust volume and pressure. That pushes the valve in and increases flowing area. At around 2000rpm(depending on the engine size) the valve should be fully open, exhaust gasses are flowing like through 3" test pipe, turbo kick’s in and you are flying again:D
