Sorry for a silly question but:

How exactly do these work?

What are the wires connected to? (and don’t just say the battery, lol)

its like a normal switch, but has a removeable key so that if you take the key out, whatever it is connected to will not get power until the key is replaced.

so you could hook it up to ANY electrical system in your car (or anything for that matter) and cut the power to it. Can be used as a switch, or an anti-theft device (make sure you HIDE the switch though, as to delay the theif even longer, hopefully foiling their attempts).

The battery cable alone usualy goes for $4.00+ per foot. do that math, thats about 80 bucks in high quality cable, plus a 15-20 doller (american) switch.

I just picked one of these up from Bryan tonight. Definetly worth the money and your saving more than 50% if you compare prices going to an audio place and buying 4 guage wire.

I bought 2 sets for that price he has them cheap and very high quailty…very race like…thanks bero…

What would this need to be connected to in order for it to be a track-legal, battery kill switch?

Like where does each cable connect to?

(i.e. rally style, etc.)

It looks like one end connects to the batter post, and the other end is LIKE a battery post, so you’d probably hook the one to the positive terminal and then you’d connect the real positive line to the “post” on the end of the wire.

BINGO!

i also have a different end type with same switch and cable, but flat style ends as opposed to higher grade batter terminal style.

BUMMMMMMMMMmp

This is one hella of a deal.

then pick one up mang!

i’ll take one. pm sent

replied

Being a relocation kit does it come with one of those aluminum boxes for your trunk??? or is it just the terminal your relocating?

Are those pics everything that comes with the kit?

what you see is what you get.
and for 20 feet of 4 gauge battery cable, id say its well worth it.
4 gauge will run you $80 for 20 feet usually.

boxes arent expensive anyway, canadian tire or walmart will have them for like 20 bucls

But thats the point of this, to relocate to your trunk, or somewere other then your engine bay??? right!

And also have the added bonus of a cut off switch!

Great deal either way!

check pm
