It’s in great condition, it’s used it was in my car when i bought my car so it doesn’t come with instructions or anything but you don’t really need anything. Especially if you have a gauge pod it slips right in. Has three wires, black ground, red 12 volts, and purple goes to the O2 sensor. you’ll have to extend the wires though, there’s only about 6 or 7 inches worth.
