The bulbs are blown, or at least one of them is for sure. They come with brackets that allow you to screw them to the bumper. They also include the harness that allows you to plug directly into where OEM S14 Fog Lights go.

It’s used but it’s mint. It’s got a tiny scratch that you can barely notice. I had it on my S14 with sr, it has universal thread pitch.
