You should be able to run the VIN or check the inside of the driver’s door to get the build date. That makes a big difference.
The door code will also say what gears are in the truck, if you can’t read the tag on the differential.
No idea on miles?
Could be a SkyJacker lift… looks like 6" blocks in the rear, but the ladder bars will prevent axle wrap or anything like that. Let me know if you want to sell the bars separate… I could use them. Same lift I have. Dual stabalizers were extra $$… good option.
