That price isn’t very good.
Considering that the car only has 1000 miles on it and is $55k, and the only TDi Toreg on Ebay has 50,000 miles on it, and has a buy it now price of $44k, I’d say it’s not an unreasonable price.

it can be sold/inspected/regestered with full warrenty… we need it gone asap… the sticker for that year was 69,995 but i will let it go for 52k

I’m pretty sure it wasn’t the law that was changed, but the fact the emissions are now cleaner on the passenger car diesels due to the new Blutec system that injects urea into the cat.
I looked at this truck over the weekend.
The reason they can’t sell it is because it is the fugliest color and/or color/combo ever.
It is too bad because it is a cool ride.
Of course this is just my opinion.
