Friend of mine had one of these. I’m not in the market for a radar detector, but if you are going to buy one, this is one of the best out there.
A little noisy when you first start using it, but it figures out where the false alarms are, marks them in its GPS, and then only goes off for real alerts.
Stupidly long detection range too. GLWS
Had one of these, would love to get another one eventually. Have any paperwork to prove its age?

It’s not a V1, and at max it’s only 3 years old, so age shouldn’t matter. You don’t have to send it in for updates, just need a USB->mini USB cord.

I got mine for cheap when I had the VR-4…its a nice little detector. You’re just in the wrong season to sell, all the fast cars who need this go away during the winter!
actually loved mine in the winter, haul ass to ski mountains never get pulled over! would buy this if I had the $
