The car is virtually rust free and the quarters are rock solid, the only body work required to finish it up is to fill the spoiler holes, pop the dent from the rear trunk filler piece and sand it, the previous owner did all the body work and It mostly just needs a paintjob and some clear coat on the hood. The stock GS aluminum rims are in decent shape with no real big scuffs but they need to be refinished to look real good, the summer tires on the steelies are Good year Ultra HPs in front and Toyo 800 touring in the rear. The winter tires are Pirellis I believe and I haven’t really looked at them all summer but Im fairly certain they are only good for this season. The motor swap was done by the previous owner, his best friend rebuilt it and had it in his Teg until he was rear ended, then they swapped it to the car I currently drive. The motor had approximately 55 000kms on it when I got it and has never been over worked by me. The car passed e-test about a year and a half ago, so it will need to be re-tested but I can’t see why it wouldn’t pass. I personally repainted all of the interior panels and had the paint colour matched for the specific colour and year of the car. The Carbon fiber hood was purchased used and has a couple of cracks in the clear coat (not the carbon fiber) but can be re-cleared for about a hundred bucks by any body shop. I purchased aftermarket adjustable coilovers for it off of the internet to have for the summer but due to shipping issues I did not get them in time to make it worthwhile to install before winter. These cost about $125 and will be included in the deal. The car also came with an alarm when I bought it but was not installed. I have talked to a couple of audio electronics places and the install is cheap and easy, but I had it garaged for the first couple months and didn’t worry about it. I have a short attention span and simply want a change of pace, so the car is for trade.

The asking price is $3000 and its pretty firm at this point because I have more than that into the car by a long shot and Im not in a huge rush to sell it as I will have to buy another car immediately. But I would really like to hear about some trades out there, I am not picky about import or domestic as long as it’s a 5 speed, not entirely stock and will certify fairly readily. Im most interested in a decent 240 or a prelude and Im more about function over form. That doesn’t mean I want your rusted out 1989 civic with a badass home made turbo you and bill installed last night. It means that like this car the paint job and rims are the least of my worries, I’m more interested in the rust free, turboed and tuned car that need rims and paint.Car is located in Barrie

really?

got rice?

Uhh No. The Carbon Fibre hood is on it for weight reduction . The Altezzas came with it when I bought it. What else is ricey? Like seriously, think about something before you say it and stay the hell out of my post if you just want to be an idjit.

Thanks and have a nice day

thank you captain obvious, i never knew what carbon fiber was for!
vtec ftw!!!
painting interior trim +5 hp per piece!
name calling is not cool mannn

meh, the cars ok i guess, each to their own.

Yeah, So you decided to be a meathead in my thread because my car has painted interior trim pieces? Thats just stupid. As far as my implying that youre an idjit, it was completely called for after you decided to stroll on through and take a little dump on my thread. And not like I feel the need to validate youre little cry for attention here any more than I already have. But My car doesn’t have Vtec and for every 5 hp I gain for my painted interior you lose 5 for a ziptie.

Thanks for comin out

Shutup.

If you’re not buying this car, stay out of this thread.

Much appreciated

Bump for my nice little DA. Come on guys its a nice little car.
