FS/FT: 1999 Honda Civic Si $7500

~100k miles
Clean carfax, no accidents!

Looking to trade for 88-89 CRX HF, 88, 90-91 CRX Si, 88-89 Hatch, 92-93 Integra - must be 5 speed, close to stock and no rust.

Here is a chance to own a hard to find Civic Si with a clean title in the rare and only Si color Electron Blue Pearl. This car has many modifications and new Honda parts. Even with the modifications, the car has been taken care of, and not abused. I have been seeing around 30 mpg every fill up. The lowest was 27 and the highest was 34 mpg.

As she sits here is the list of modifications:

Engine/Transmission

DC header
DC exhaust
Skunk2 intake manifold
Integra GS-R cams
Exedy lightened flywheel
Exedy Stage 1 clutch
Skunk2 short shifter
ES shifter bushings
Powdercoated Valve cover in gunmetal grey
Minor wire tuck (looks good)

Suspension/Brakes/Wheels

Koni Yellow
Ground Control coilovers (500 lb F / 450 lb R)
Skunk2 front camber kit (upper control arms)
Hawk HPS brake pads
ATS DTC Superlights (12 lbs each)
Dunlop Direzza tires (205/50/15 with lots of tread left)
Buddy club lugnuts

Interior and other parts replaced

Integra GS-R front seats
CTR shift boot (black with red stitching)
CTR cluster bezel (faux carbon fiber)
Alpine CD player w/ iPod hookup
ARC shiftknob
Professional tint job

Your choice of either:

96-98 or 99-00 OEM rear tail lights
“spoon” mirrors painted EBP or stock power mirrors

Within the past 500 miles I have replaced a lot of parts

Transmission mount, lower transmission torque mount (new from Honda)
Armrest cover (new from Honda)
Front strut bar (new from Honda)
Brake fluid
Clutch fluid
Oil and transmission fluid
Coolant
NGK Sparkplugs
Valve cover gasket and grommets
Rear bumper (new from Honda)
Repainted front bumper and lip

Also replaced by the previous owner (within the past 10k miles) timing belt, water pump, cap and rotor, and fuel filter.

The reason I had replaced the rear bumper was because someone hit it in the parking lot and cracked it. I have pictures. Also the front bumper was repainted due to various chips and scratches. I also had the car professionally detailed and buffed. The car looks really clean, and there is no rust at all. However, being that it is a daily driven car with 100k miles it will have various dings, scratches, and so forth. I also had a new windshield installed.

When I purchased the car it did not have A/C, CC or P/S. I have added back the cruise control and I have an a/c system ready to go in. I have not bothered looking for p/s parts because I think the steering is fine without it. I have also replaced various little parts that the car either didn’t have, or was broken/worn out. Overall, this is a great car and would make someone very happy to drive.

If needed be I could take off the rims and tires for $500 off the price of the car. If you have your own suspension we could swap them out and I will take off some money from the car as well.

New pics from today. What you see black’d out doesnt come with the car. However, the stock replacement will be installed before it is sold.

This is where the person hit it in the parking lot and left. I had it pulled out a little bit. hard to see unless you look at the right angle.

ill give u a da that needs an engine and an ef

paint skills ftw

Brings back memories of my em1

legit seller and good guy

thanks guys…

ehh, i think my pricing is fair…i went to marcus meet and people were selling si’s with a lot less stuff and more miles for around the same price…

and im only taking off an intake and steering wheel…the stocks come with it like i had to begin with…

it’s has a/c i just havent installed it yet…and p/s is for pussies anyway…

if your interested in dropping your price i might have someone interested but he says 6500 is as high as he will go and you can keep the rims/ac…

awesome seller, I vouch for this guy…

good luck with the sale

ok, and if i keep the suspension as well…we’ll have a deal…

you guys act like this thing has a ton of rust, and such…i just did what it needed majorly…you can find a ebp hood for like 100 bucks and that would solve what you really can do for cheap and easy…

i find it funny, i bet you are the same people that talked shit when i sold my stock rust free 91 crx si with suspension mods for $3k years ago…

people try and sell 96-00 Non Si with b16a and ghetto suspension for like 6500-7500…

and since when is 100k a lot of miles? especially for a honda, maybe a vw, but definitely not a honda…

1999 Si - 130k+ w/ less mods - $8000

http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2312985

not trying to flame you, but get prices from craigslist or a site that people buy cars on more often, and i bet they are going for less. Honda-tech is full of honda owners, where those parts/cars will be worth more to people than your average buyer

read all those threads from H-T you just posted. NO ONE is buying those cars. most of the thread is the owners just bumping their own threads

:nod

but like he said, without the rims/suspension for 6k its not a bad deal.

yea

and you guys keep talking about “all this body work” have you seen the car in person? we arent talking about some rusted out civic or riced out integra here…

and yes i found two ebp hoods, one for 75 and one for 100 in NJ.

Topic Split, go into Battlefield for that stuff.

Keep it ontopic here. :nono

whoever just cleaned up this thread, you should have left it alone.
It was ALL FACTS

buy the hood and replace it, otherwise expect you will get chopped down signicantly for the slight body work needed. most people of intrest in that car arent buying it for a commuter, most buy them because they want a civic SI and im sure most dont want to deal with dings and minor rust either. psi2high lost about 600$ of his asking price when he sold his because he didnt have time to take care of a few dings. jordan ended up asking him to take less on that account.

aww were not friends?!?! :frowning:
