For Sale: My bro in-laws former daily driver.
1993 Mazda MX3 - 1.6L, 5spd, FWD, 2 dr hatch - 159K on the odo.
This car is overall in decent to good shape. He bought this car off of his father ~1.5 years ago. His father had owned it for ~5 years. Would make a decent auto-x car, or just an all year driver. Drives well, not too many creaks & squeaks, comfortable.
Bad stuff:

Clutch pedal is high. Going to need a clutch after winter, maybe sooner. Found Here

Passenger front wheel bearing should be done. Drives fine upto 60MPH.

Passenger window was broken a few months back. We press fit a piece of plexiglass and sealed it up with ext. tape. Perfectly see through. You can pick up glass @ the scrapper’s if You want.

Needs muffler. Car is not very loud, but the muffler case is rusted through.

Couple of rust spots on the body (see pics), but nothing major.

Title has a lien on it. I don’t know how You can have a lien on a 1993. But I have the lien release IN HAND. Just turn it in with the title when You register.

CV joints are silent and boots are in good shape.

Bulbs, wipers, defrost, heat, power steering… everything works.
The car burns ~1/2 quart between changes. There is an occasional oil spot. Literally, 1-2 dime spots A WEEK.
