Each cap has a coil tower that connects to an external coil.
A new rotor ensures that the high voltage is delivered to each terminal.
These new Modified Honda Cap and Rotor Kits will help fire up a Honda’s ignition and performance. The most important feature of these caps is the external secondary tower which accepts high voltage from a powerful external coil. This bypasses the weak factory coil that is buried inside the distributor.
Each Kit is supplied with a new rotor to make sure the high voltage is distributed to each of the brass terminals of the cap. To adapt the distributor to the new coil terminal, we include a new 8.5mm coil wire along with a boot, terminal and a handy Mini-Stripper-Crimper tool to get the job done.
