I’ve got a Compaq Presario 2500 laptop for sale. I had it built basically to replace a desktop so it’s got plenty of power. The only thing it needs is a new hard drive which can be found for about $110 depending on the size I suppose.

specs:
15" screen
2.66GHz P4 Processor
512 Ram, space to add an additional 512
CD-R/DVD
3.5 floppy drive
54g internal wireless modem

Included with the computer are two batteries, the power cord and all cd’s necessary to install windows xp professional. If you’re close to me (Amherst) or you go to UB I can get it to you. Looking for about $650 pretty firm. Post or PM if you’re interested.

eh, these things will be like 400 bucks on black friday, i’ll wait for a brand new one that doesn’t need a hard drive.

How about $400 cash tommorow? This is a good deal,fortunately i’ve replaced quite a few laptop hard drives-downside is the price for them :frowning: ,dinky ones arent bad but one for todays standards will run me $100 at least.
