Ugh, this makes me want to sell my cards too! I just realized that the dual land cards from my revised set are worth $25 each! I have like 15 of em!
I used to play way back when too… so much money spent, but TONS of fun back in school days!

only way you will get money for these is sell them on ebay in “lots”, dont even get me started on MTG, so much time and money but a blast back in the day.
I sold less than 100 2nd edition (non land) cards back in 96 for just over $3k… no joke, I could have gotten more than 5K if I waited till now. People are retarded and will spend stupid mony on the right ones. Do reserch and take your time, you might be sittin on a gold mine!

i know a guy that buys and sells he makes a shitload of money buying cards sitting on them a couple years then selling them for alot more ill let him know and see what he says

I put too many years into this game, never had a job in middle school/HS, played magic and made money lol
but it looks like most of those cards are pretty common cards, i only see a few that might be worth something, but even then I dont think they are used much anymore
I sold my collection a few times throughout the years, have about 100 or so cards left laying around heh

I started playing back in High School - Unlimited was the current set. I stopped playing just after Homelands released. Maybe 2 years ago a bunch of old nerd friends and I dusted off the old cards and started playing again. We try to get together a couple times a month for beer, pizza, and Magic.
I’ve been trying to reach my goal of collecting one of every box released (harder than it sounds). 
Anyways, shoot me a PM, I’ll see if I can’t let you know when we’re playing if you’re interested. We play for kicks, no ante, no money, some large table and team-games. None of us go out and buy superpowerful cards and/or decks, we just make them from our collections.
Also, if anyone is dying for a certain card or two for any set from Beta to Planar Chaos, I have a good 20 different boxes/sets and no real attachment to them, so if you’re looking to buy or trade, let me know.
