sliders clip on the sides and screw on the bottom so you can drag your foot thru the corners

they dont say the size
but i wear an 11 and they fit me great so the size is somewhere around 11

im 9.5-10 these would prolly be too big for me then

idk i bought them a couple years ago and i was a 10 so they might fit u
ill have to measure them so i can give a more accurate guess
