I’m selling Raybestos brake parts through my own company now, and I have some pretty good prices that I’m going to share with SON240sx.
I now have the prices for rear rotors but I’m still waiting on performance brake pads for the rears, as well as items for 300zx. These are ALL new parts (except the 300zx caliper which are rebuilt)

    • we are not sure weather or not these rotors are x-drilled AND slotted but the information we recieved from Raybestos indicated they were. But until we order a set we won’t know for sure.

I have been informed that Canadian tire has E-brake cables for much less than mine. Ok, I will go to crappy tire and see the quality and make of thier cable. If it is of equal or greater quality I will be honest and suggest you purchase from them rather than me.

I don’t carry any stock personally, and I don’t have any overhead. So as much as I would like your business, I’m not going to die if you find a cheaper price somewhere else. I want the see the 240sx community thrive, not go broke. But again, you may be getting less by paying less. I know my cables are much better/cheaper than dealer whosale oem replacements.

Your front brake upgrade, is that priced with the brembo or the raybestos rotors? I’m assuming it’s calipers/rotors/pads. What kind of brake lines are included with this, and would you be willing to re-drill the rotors for 4-bolt?

Same basic question as Solarian. Does the “TOTAL” setup come with all the pins, clips and shims required for the calipers? and are conversion lines part of the package deal? If so, sign me up!

My distributer has told me that the clips and required hardware are included. But I will double check that, if not I’ll toss them into the above total price. I didn’t include brake lines, as there is a vast price difference between oem and stainless steel. of which I left up to you to decide upon, I can obtain both, but SS lines are not cheap by any means.

I’ll post in a little while regarding hardware and put ip some prices for lines.

Are all prices listed here taxes in, or are some before some after? B/c the parts don’t add up to 730 (640 after refund of core charge)

ok so total cost taxes included for the 300zx upgrade, which is at this point only calipers, oem rotors, pads and hardware (not brake lines “yet” is 483.00 + 90 core making the total price 573

wow that’s WAY off. (why didn’t I catch that)

Anyhoo 573 (plus oem caliper trade in) is your total price without conversion lines, but I’m working on those.

Get back to me on the conversion lines, if they’re not too expensive, I’d definitely be interested in SS lines.

Edit: Oh, and also could you get a price on a 300ZX MC as well? I’ve heard that pedal feel is crap on the stock 240SX MC.

My distributer is looking for conversion lines, but he wont be able to get back to me till later tomorrow afternoon.

I can get oem replancement Master Cylenders from 91 - 92 300ZX, these are raybestos oem replacements. They go for 368.50 for new oem replacement.

Might be a better bet to try and find a used master cylender.

I can get oem parts for almost any north american car. maybe a few mexican versions… but that’s pushing it lol

as for brake lines. We’re (my distributer and myself) are waiting for companies to call us back so I still don’t have a solution to that “YET” it would most likely be much easier to figure out a way to get 300zx brake line not conversion lines to work as I can easily get them in oem rubber or SS. These “conversion” lines seem to be difficult to track down.

I’m now working full time so my getting about to pick up parts and such is very limited.

as well due to my contract I am unable to continue to sell certain items. As it may be in direct competition with my new employer.

As well I have absolutly $0 capital in which to use towards picking up parts, thefore everything will have to be paid in full up front. It sucks I know but it’s a rough time right now.

As with my contract I have to verify which items I am able to sell and which item I am not, so for the next few days, please understand until I recieve confirmation from my new employer I am unable to accept any new orders in fear of violating my contract.

Also a drivers side e-brake cable.

I cannot do rotors or pads, as they are considered “new product” that is in conflict with sales.

I can however still sell calipers as USED AS IS, and I can get e-brake cables. but I work 9 - 6 monday through sat and my supplier isn’t open on weekends. So its very difficult for me to be able to pick up these parts.

if you can get the drivers side cable I can come pick it up.
