FS: S14 stereo parts

I have pieces of the factory S14 “premium” stereo system for sale. All pieces are in excellent condition and can be delivered in the GTA or picked up in Mississauga.

  1. Two 6 1/2 inch poly cone clarion speakers model y4492. $20.00

  2. Two 6 1/2 inch paper cone clarion speakers model y4502 $20.00

  3. Two Panasonic factory single din cassette players model RM-D15PCZ (that’s right I have two of them for sale.) $30.00/each

  4. I also have a small Sony amp that I used to power a centre channel speaker XM-2025. It has a small scratch from it being mounted behind my dash but works perfectly. $30.00

P.S. Sorry, but I’ve already sold the factory CD head unit and the “A-pillar” tweeters to another board member. FYI the cassette deck will also fit into a number of nissan/infiniti cars including the G20 1991-1996.

But if anyone is looking for the factory cd/cassete deck, I do have one of those available…

Note to potential buyers:

In response to a number of questions, I need to clear up a few misconceptions.

  1. The S14 premium sound system isn’t a double-din system. It actually consists of two separate parts that sit flush on top of eachother. They are both single-din with a cord that plugs from the CD player AM/FM portion into to the lower portion which has the cassette deck. You can run the system without the cassette, but not the other way around. The cassette deck is what is referred to as a “slave” in car audio terms.
  2. The poly cones and paper cones have the same power handling, but one set is from the doors and the other set is from the rear deck.
