just got a new turbo dont need this one anymore, no shaft play, brand new actuator, looks pretty decent never ran it on my car thou, but it appears to be alright.also i have the exhaust/wastegate elbow but its not pictured.

the turbo is t3 flanged. is it an srt4 or a regular neon, if its a regular i assume you have an aftermarket turbo manifold with a t3 flange so yes it would fit in that case
