I put together this kit myself over the winter of 06/07 and used it for the 2007 summer season.
The kit includes:
T25 turbo (burns oil but boosts strong)
Bings turbo manifold
Bings turbo elbow
JGS oil line kit
SR20 side mount intercooler
Blitz BOV
SR20 turbo intake (no MAF)
Apexi S-AFC 2
AEM UEGO wideband O2 sensor
370cc SR20 injectors (not pictured)
3" Downpipe w/ O2 bung (not pictured)
This setup on my S14 made 215hp@5100rpm and 242tq@4200rpm at 7psi on U2NDyno.com’s Dynapack. I’m having scanner troubles but it was making 220ft. lbs. @2500rpm. Needless to say, the response of this setup is incredible. Turbo lag is non-existent. I never had a manual boost controller. It ran the whole season off the wastegate @ 7psi.
The turbo can be used as it is and will boost strong, but you will have to put up with considerable blue smoke from the tailpipe. Replacment of the turbo itself will cost you $150-200.
I’d love to see someone man up and buy the complete kit. It cannot be beat for the price, and all you need to buy is a fresh T25 and a manifold gasket. I will even include my oil pan with the oil return bung welded into it.
Price is firm. How else are you going to get 242 foot pounds of torque for $1100?

**edit: If anyone’s wondering, my S14 ran a 14.1@100mph with bad traction issues. Could probably run mid 13’s with good tires.
