+1. And if something goes wrong with it in the first 30 or 90 days (what ever the story policy is) you can just exchange it in the store. My 360 had a shorted optical out port right out of the box, so exchanging in store was a huge plus.
i believe you can take it back to the store so the price is still 350 but best offer so somewhere around there
