:feck: Last fucking time I try to pay for software.
Cliffs: I pay for quicken software online. Apparently I had an account there a few years ago because they still had an adelphia email address on file. They sent the order confirmation with the unlock code to that email even though I entered my current one when I purchased the software.
Now I’m trying to get help. After about an hour or so of wading through bullshit trying to contact them I found that you cannot call them. You can request that they call you, for a fee. Of all the fucking bullshit. So I tried emailing or chat. Almost every attempt to contact them is met with some automatic “try this, did this solve your problem?” bullshit. After a lot of persistence and frustration I finally got an email off. So I’m trying to email some fucking Indian named munmun.

Please send an unlock code to XXXX@verizon.net.
If you cannot provide me with an unlock code then please refund my purchase as you have not provided the service that I have paid for.

That’s what I explained in my original request for help. I do not have access to that email and thus never received an unlock code.
I NEED AN UNLOCK CODE.
I do not need the program. I have the program. I can download the program again from my account that still shows my PURCHASE of the program. I cannot use the program that I purchased because I DO NOT HAVE AN UNLOCK CODE.
PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH AN UNLOCK CODE.
