I can see why it sounds too good to be true as it sounds it… How are you taking my word for paying mortage for 1 yr? lol… You find out what your monthly payments will be before the deal and I pay that times 12 up front before the deal even goes through… Im not paying them monthly, im giving you the amount you WOULD pay in a yr upfront… You dont even have to use that money for your mortage payments, you can blow it on w.e you want, its just incentive…

and you make a down payment on top of that? what is that amount? i guess i should just take this to the other thread lol
