full time

as the title says, i’m looking for a full time job. i commute 62 miles per day and its getting old fast, not to mention my wallet is taking a hit. i’d like to stay around orchard park, but i’ll commute if i have to. i have about 2 and a half years of detail and lot work experience, i’ve worked at a few dealerships. i’d like to try to stay around cars, but get away from detailing. i’ll take what i can get though. i would like to get into parts/shipping/receiving/warehouse work. i’m a hard worker, very punctual (if i’m EVER late, there’s a good reason), i’m mechanically and technically inclined, and i learn very fast. before someone says something, yes, i’ve been looking online at job websites trying to find something but i figured i would post up here to see if you guys could help me out with something that might not be listed. if you plan on posting something sarcastic or not helpful, please don’t. i’m really looking for some help here. thank you everyone. mods, please move this if its not in the right section.

where do you live?

Only because you did it to me before

u commute 65 miles a day? is that total or 65 to and 65 from… if its total thats not that bad at all… i do about 110 round trip

how old are you? what other education do you have?

touche… lol

my commute is 62 miles round trip. with the money i make though, the commute and the pay doesn’t really balance out.

i’m 20, with a high school education and 1 semester of college. (i know, i need to go back to school…i’m working on it)

so you’re currently working at a dealer?
have you tried looking at geico? they always have comercials for employment opportunities.

If you truly are as you say you are,PM torquedSS and see if he can help ya

apply at geico, you can work nights and go back to school…

American Sales Company in Lancaster is always hiring overnight stockers. It’s general warehouse work. After 90 days you can switch to an overnight lift driver. Not sure what kind of money you make now, but the pay is decent for the work. It’s getting me through school.

PM me if your interested, I can give you more info and get you application if you want one.

geico doesn’t want me…i have very limited customer service experience.

yeah geico is tough i have an associates in bussiness and working on my 4 year and they declined me but hired this guy with a GED and no college so it never hurts to apply and good luck to you.

Oh yeah the bills hire a lot of people during the season if that helps

Would you get unemployment in the summer?

I think they want people who arent educated so they can mold them into whatever they want. I have my degree in autobody, and they turned me down. I think they dont want me knowing about cars…
