my 77 ford truck is worth more than it was new, what’s your point. Neither of them will be collectibles. GN’s and GNX’s will be collectible, the rest of the g-body lineup will go up in value just because of inflation.
What a car is worth really means nothing… its more of what people are willing to pay.
Look at antiques for example… someone could have a painting from some place and they say on antique roadshow that its work like 25,000. but its ugly as fuck and nobody in thier right mind would buy it…
The only cars that are worth stuff, are low miled origionals, FULLY restored, or HIGHLY modded…
everything else comes and goes with depreciation
i would never buy a highly modded car unless it was done by someone i know. Most people never get what they got into a highly modded car.
First off buying a highly modded car is :greddy:
Building something of your own, you have more aprreciation for it 
Then to yourself its priceless 
I don’t modify my ride for profit, I do it cause I need more power.
It’s definitely personal, you won’t see a show car finish on my car…but it will run good.
After it runs the best it can, I move on to the next one…if the checkbook allows.
I ment like a full built drag car or something along those lines…
for someone like me who has no time to devote to cars
buying an already fast car and being able to enjoy it>spending 5 years trying to make it what I want.
