well that sure is interesting. your usergroups are set up properly… i will look into it more tomorrow. who else is having this problem? any mods having this problem?

i tryed to get in to the garage section today and could not access it
try now, i just made the last change.
when vbulletin update the code they made the same variable as one I was using in the garage… soooooo therefore the permissions got alllll screwy… blah
