Getting on a plane soon...

I woke up at 5:45 this morning… Now, it’s 330AM here, my cab comes at 4 and then off to the Munich airport. Plane leaves at 7:00, then to Frankfurt, then leave for Houston at 9:45… Then 11 hours later I arrive at George Bush Intercontinental Airport at 1PM Houston time, then I have to set up a booth for our show until about 11PM… It’s going to be a long fucking day. I’m tired as fuck.

looks like your the proud owner of a vagina…

booth for???

welcome to the worst 2 weeks of your life. jet lag sucks. get sleep when you can, dont try to adjust to “ill stay up all day and try to sleep in the night.”

I’ve been jetlagged once or twice.

Get as much sunlight as possible during the day. It helps your circadian rythm figure out what the fuck it’s supposed to be doing.

Steady bits of caffein thoughout the day will help too. It takes about a week till you really feel normal. 2 weeks till you’re back into a regular sleep routine, haha if you had one.

And yeah, as leetsauce said, don’t try to force your body into complying. Naps are fine.

Going to and coming from England I did not get any jet lag at all.

enjoy the ride, so long as someone else is paying you to do it.

The details are overwhelming as to why these flights are taking place!
