But what else on the car is silver? Even if he had the chrome window trim it would fit bit everything is black or red. The wheels will look terribly out of place.

silver wheels do not look out of place on a red car. just look at any red ferrari.

ok well, wheels are a focal point on a car IMO. if you paint them black then they disappear. so i vote anything but black.
You make a good point but you also have to remember that a Ferrari would still look good sitting on 4 cinder blocks. The beauty of a Ferrari isn’t made or even accented by its wheels. It’s in the shape. This thread is about a Cavalier.
i would deff. go all black
black with a red lip… even if you paint the car black the red lip would look fine… there is a black BMW on here with red lipped rims and they look good.
