GM disbanding high performance division

amen to that

Its not the price, its the quality. If people know they are getting a car that will last them 10 years without problems theyll pay more. Thats the reason the Camry is the top selling car just about every year. Sure its a little more expensive then some of its competitors but people know they can buy them, drive them for 10-15 years, and then hand it down to their kids, grandkids and buy themselves another Camry. A $10k car wouldnt do anyone any good if it was going to break down and be a POS

good move, they arent going to make any money off that garbage anyways

You didn’t read the whole article:
“The CTS-V will continue through the life cycle of the product. If they are regular production cars, they will continue through the model run, whether it’s an SS Cobalt or an SS HHR.”

So the 160 mph Cobalt SS will contnue.

Gas guzzling F-body’s, pull over to the right please.

More efficient and = fast 'Balt coming through …

The Camaro (that they are still making) has a supercharged LS8 with 500HP for the SS model…

hell, the 300hp base model V6 camaro is going to do 160mph.

No Cobalts suck, buy ONLY Honda and Toyota!
